This actually effing worked!!
so I wanted to try quitting smoking through hypnosis. I didn't know much about it, all I knew it worked for some people but not the majority.
today is day 5 of not smoking. first three days almost zero cravings, day 5 us little tougher since I'm off work.
This Shiite actually worked. It's been over 15 years since I went longer than 24hours without a smoke.
I have not tried hypnosis before nor reading quit smoking books. I personally highly recommend this audiobook,
hopefully it works for you
