Shedding light on generational mental health and wellness
Attachment is so critical in raising and being healthy humans. As a science that was not developed when I was patented I was eager to know more and have come away feeling this was the best book I’ve read on the topic yet. Having read Hold on to Your Kids by Gordon Neufeld, I found this more relatable and down to earth with examples and explanations that made sense and had a better hold on the whole situation of what it is to be a parent and what the world holds for our children.
