About this listen
Eleanor Murray is tired. Tired of going on awkward dates. Tired of meeting men who just aren’t that into her. Tired of being set up on blind dates by her well-meaning friends.
She is a believer of true love, of finding that happily ever after, and she wants it. She deserves it. But at the rate she’s going, she’s pretty sure it’s never going to happen. Until a friend creates a profile for Eleanor on a new dating app.
At first, she’s reluctant. Dating apps aren’t the way to finding true love, are they? But then she makes a connection on Rate a Date, and this gorgeous, confident guy almost seems too good to be true....
Mitch Anderson has a secret. He’s just moved to Las Vegas for his high-profile job, and after years of playing the field, he’s looking for a serious relationship. He wants to find a woman who likes him for who he is, not what he does. Meeting Eleanor on the dating app, he’s intrigued. Meeting her in real life while she’s in town for a bachelorette weekend, he completely falls for her. Now he’s in way over his head. Their chemistry is combustible. They can’t keep their hands off each other. But will Eleanor forgive him when she finds out who he really is?

Hottest
The most steamy book of the series! Lots of great scenes, very spicy 🥵
However, beyond the sexual chemistry, there was no sustenance to the relationship.

Nice story
Slow start but is much better after Mitch's character is introduced. Well written love scenes.

Great voices
I’ve listened to the full series and the last two sets of voices were by far the best. The story is entertaining when this is the genre you want!

SPICY
The spiciest of the series so far! Mostly smut and not a lot of plot but I’m not mad about it. 🥵

A bit too much sex
This book focused a lot on sex, the story feels more like an afterthought. Not what I was wanting.

Porn constantly
Porn should be noted in the details when writing the description of the story I am very unhappy with it some of the other books I’ve listened from the author I could handle and I could fast forward the chapter 2 chapters this book constantly porn, porn, porn porn there’s barely a storyline and it was a horrible book. I did not even bother finishing the book. I already knew what was going to happen more sex Yep sending a serious eye roll.

I don’t hate this trope at all, I just wish I enjoyed this book more.
Classic rom com where they meet on a dating app and he lies about being a professional athlete.
The female narrator was really monotoned and it sounded like she was whispering. The male narrator also felt a bit monotoned. There wasn’t much emotion from either narrators throughout the book.
As for Eleanor, there were just some things she said that made me go “what…” One where she called Mitchell an “old fashion name”. I don’t know why that turned me off even more, but it did.
It’s so hard for me to describe this, but I’m not a fan of when the character starts talking to the reader instead of just telling the story. Confusing I know, but I don’t know how to put it any other way..

William Shatner!
Best part of this book is putting the speed up to 1.15 x which makes the male voice actor sound like Captain Kirk.
