whether you are a supporter or an opponent of the LCHF eating plan, this is a Must Read.

it presents a lot of the science behind LCHF, but also serves as cautionary tale to those who still believe that the way to win a debate, is to forcibly silence the opposing view.

Unexpectedly fantastic. A must listen

Portions of the book go pretty heavy into the legal battle, but it is worth learning about the lengths that Tim and hi team had to go through to defend science and their findings.
