absolutely dope

So.. one of the many series with setbacks and hichups. mentioned on Reddit occasionally. i first listened to book 1 4~ years ago, iirc around when book 2 was released. it was a blast! at this point, ive listened to/read hundreds of "litrpg" esque books. this series is one of the ones that really shines for me. when book 4 was released i ended up relistening to 1 through 3 and it was awesome. i remembered enough to look forwards to parts and yet forgot enough to be excited the entire time. One review on here had said book 4 was a let down but im almost ready go listen to it all over. it delivered fully for me.

Better!

My eyes flashed when I saw that there was another book. I instantly purchased and listened to the new instalment. My eyes flashed as I realized that it was, indeed, an improvement from the last books. My eyes flashed as I took in the new systems, details and floors. My eyes flashed in anticipation for the next book.

This series has continued to endear itself to me.

What a great and quirky series. It’s quite positive leaning series even when things look grim. It has a slightly anime sort of feel to it which I really enjoy even though I’m not an anime kind of guy. It’s a fun romp with a very creative powers/abilities system. It’s a bit more of a “tell” rather than “do”, style of writing and yet I just enjoy it more and more with each book. Sounds like the author has redoubled his efforts to pump out books, I hope he keeps to that plan because I really want to enjoy the next one, sooner rather than later.

Good stuff. Worth a listen and if you do that, well you will probably fall for it like I have.
