Tina Swithin's life was hit by a devastating storm in 2009. Tina had recently heard the words narcissistic personality disorder used to describe her then-husband by a therapist, yet she had no real understanding of how this disorder would turn her life upside down during a custody battle that spanned six years. to the point and enjoyable

I listened to this audiobook a few times and find some new and precious suggestion at each session. there is a lot of practical ideas to rebuild your life after the trauma that you experienced. this book is helpful not only for people that survived a narcissist, but for everyone that start their journey of self-discovery .
