holly freaking guacamole
i have been dying for that book for months. i thought that the wait would kill me. it actually made me want more. this story was amazing and instead of curing my tirst for it made me begging and cursing for more.

Un manque d'exploration
Pour commencer, j'ai adoré le premier tombes de cette série Powerless, l'univers qu'il y a été construit, les différents personnages présentés, la dualité des réalités de vie dans un même endroits etc. La suite était quand même intéressante, suivant les 2 personnages principales du premier tombes, par contre en fin du premier tombe et en début de celui-ci je croyais être introduite à un plus larges aspect de ce royaume et peut-être en la rencontre de nouveau personnage complexe qui viendrait compliquer l'histoire et faisant augmenter notre attention et curiosité à savoir la suite. L'histoire était quand même bien, le rythme aussi mais j'aurais aimé un peu plus. nous découvrons de nouvelle informations dans le tombes qui sont laissé de côté et des personnages que nous avons appris à aimé ou détester dans le premier tombes sont aussi laissé de côté. Bref je le recommande quand même car tout de même ça reste une lecture intéressantes et j'ai vraiment hâte de voir ce Lauren Roberts nous réserves pour la suite de cette série.

Cheesy & Predictable
This one fell flat for me. The plot was predictable. The romance, particularly from Kai was super cheesy. I hated when the narrator for Paedyn spoke as Kai. Their tone didn’t work.

Poetically Written
Beautiful story. Poetically written and a lovely read. Only criticism is that when you have male and female voice actors use them for the appropriate roles, rather than have man fake a female voice and visa versa. I never enjoy that with audio books. Otherwise the actors performances were enjoyable. Especially Kai. He read the role as if he were speaking poetry. It was beautiful.

AAAAH. My heeart is so emotionally broken from this book. The story is incredible!!! My heart longs for Kai and Pae 💕💕🥹🥹🥹 THE CLIFFHANGER?!??????!? I KNEW IT!!!!! THIS IS INSANE!!!! I AM NOT OKAY. GUYS WHAT THE FUCK!?!???

male voice is chefs kiss
less steamy than my regular fantasy books. however, the sheer poetry of the MMC and how the voice actor delivered those lines was top notch.
the story was really well executed and enjoyable.
I really wish the female voice did all female character and male voice did the male characters, they each did a great job but just a preference of consistency.

Fell in lovw with these characters and their story
