Excellent Information
I would recommend Terri Nights book to anyone with Spinal Stenosis. The book is clearly laid out and easy to understand. She gives practical tips and advice to help you feel better. Along with a doable exercise plan that’s easy to maintain. After doing what’s been suggested in the book for only a short period time, I’m actually feeling better. So that’s given me a lot of hope that Spinal Stenosis can be successfully rehabbed.
