About this listen

The Gray Man's search for missing intelligence agents plunges him deep into a maelstrom of trouble in the latest entry in the number-one New York Times best-selling series.

The first agent disappearance was a puzzle.

The second was a mystery.

The third was a conspiracy.

Intelligence operatives around the world are disappearing. When a missing American agent re-appears in Venezuela, Court Gentry, the Gray Man, is dispatched to bring him in, but a team of assassins has other ideas. Court escapes with his life and a vital piece of intelligence.

Meanwhile, CIA agent Zoya Zakharova is in Berlin. Her mission: to infiltrate a private intelligence firm with some alarming connections. The closer she gets to answers, the less likely she is to get out alive.

Court and Zoya are just two pieces on this international chessboard, and they're about to discover one undeniable truth - sometimes capturing a king requires sacrificing some pawns.

Stupendous page turner !

Snyders Matt Hannity makes me question my sexuality. Great character narration, development and story. If you've read this far into the series, pretty good chance your hooked also. second listen through and won't be last ! Thanks Greaney, Snyder and company. Hope to listen to an RC Bray/Snyder match up someday !

Stop everything you're doing!

Whenever I'm not listening to this, I'm imagining what could possibly happen next. Phenomenal, engaging and another perfect novel for the Gray Man connection. One day it will end and I'll lose an important piece of excitement in my life.

Gray man #10

This a bit more fast paced than the others and great story line and twists.
How can there be only three books left…

Sooooo good

I love, love, love these books. Please, I want some more. The characters are brilliant. I love the fact that 6, although always being the hero you get the see his human side, and that he doesn’t do it all on his own.

Enjoyed

I know these are supposed to be far fetched high pace thrillers, and I really enjoyed this one. But for me the hardest suspension of disbelief is that time and time again, after the heroes have saved the day, their higher ups get mad at their actions and end up punishing them for what they did. How wild the “would you rather us have not done what we did to save the day?” Argument not justify their actions. Makes no sense.

Most intriguing Grayman book to date!

I have read all the Gray man books and this is the most intriguing one of all. Mark Greaney really outdid himself, and also leaves you wanting the next book immediately. I'm already anticipating the next book!

Loved the twisted story

The story was multifaceted even though a bit predictable. What I disliked most was the mispronunciation of certain words. Example: Berlin is pronounced Burlin in English the same sound as burrito. Berlin is pronounced Bearlin (no n sound) in French. Many non-English native speakers will also pronounce it as Bearlin because of their accent. I certainly have an accent when I speak other languages. However the narrator consistently pronounced it as Bearlin when narrating two Americans speaking or when describing the narrative. Other than the mispronunciations, I enjoyed the performance.
