Great!

I really enjoyed this! Its basically a copy of the game, but it's fun to relive it through a book. For those familiar, there's no modern day story with Desmond unfortunately.
The narrator is great and does a great job with characters. Fun times!

Great for what it is.

And what is it? A faithful adaptation of one of the most beloved video games of our generation. Lots of Italian words which are never explained or translated (a minor gripe,) but overall the narrator does a good job and the story moves along at a steady pace.
Would recommend for anyone who is a fan of the game or the series, however newcomers may not enjoy it as much without the prerequisite knowledge of playing the games first.

Great Story

Played the game and loved the audiobook. A lot more graphic and vulgar than the game but it makes for a better story.

Story Expanded.

This book was great and so was the narration. If you're a fan of Ezios story in the video game adaptations, I recommend this book. It gives you a little more insight on the story and the characters included.

love it

Love it. I thought this would be played out by different voice. Actors like another assassin's creed audio book that I had Purchased when I first thought audible but it was not. I was initially disappointed at first that it wasn't played out But the narrator did a great job and I really enjoyed it.

great fun to listen to

I liked the performance by gildart and the story by Bowden. missed opportunity by not including modern day aspects especially during the climatic conclusion. however the rest was faithful to the game while adding some details to the story.

Enjoyed it very much!

I was hooked from the outset! The narrator was amazing with the different accents and voices. The story was very well written too. One of my YA kids who plays Assassin's Creed and doesn't care for audio books, was thoroughly interested and decided to listen to this one with me.

Better than expected

I have never played the game, but have watched the movie and understand the concept behind Assassin’s Creed. I was worried when Etzio “felt a power” when he put on the hood for the first time that it would descend very quickly to a story that his equipment and outfit gave him all his powers and abilities.
I was pleasantly surprised and relieved that the story did not go this way, but instead outlined the training and growth of the character and the story over a 27 year time span.
There are some supernatural part to the storyline and the ending left me a little confused as to what just happen, but I would recommend the story anyway.
