About this listen

Maxx Reynolds needs help.

His shop, house, and life are all in a state of disarray.

In desperation, he turns to the internet to hire a new employee, thinking it will make his life easier.

What he expects is a fellow named Charly. What he gets is a quirky, sassy redhead named Charlynn who runs circles around him.

And she's all woman. He can't stand her. He can't keep his hands off her, either.

Contains mature themes.

By Far My Favorite!

It has all the element I needed in a story. Spitfire meets Alpha! A bear and a rose... with thorns! 😂 I will reread this again and again!

Amazing

I’ve already read this book and it is one of my top favorites so I gave the audiobook version a try. Both narrators were amazing.

Maxx and Charlie - a perfect pair - so delightful

Revved to the Maxx - Written by Melanie Moreland and Narrated by John Lane and Maxine Mitchell

This audiobook stayed me! I already had the ebook (and the paperback) but this, this brought Maxx and Charlie to reality. Melanie Moreland gave us two characters that you can not help falling in love with. Maxx with his singular focus and Charlie with enough life and laughter for both of them. John Lane does an amazing job bringing Maxx to life, I wouldn't say Maxx is a total curmudgeon, but he's not far off. On the other hand Maxine Mitchell's Charlie is perfect! She gives us Charlie and if that part was written for her to narrate. Charlies quick banter and comebacks had me laughing and hearing her whip Maxx into shape, just perfect. This audio book is the perfect way to listen to this story!

Feel Good Romance

A feel good story with some commonly liked tropes 😌. One that's simply just a good read and not frustratingly full of miscommunication.
