Wanted: One roommate to share a three-bedroom house, split the rent, and ideally not be the guy I can’t stop thinking about.

I’m a man with too many secrets, so the last thing I need is a new roommate with a sexy smile and blue eyes that see right through me. Eight years ago, Roderick left town after high school. We’re not friends. I owe him nothing. But back then, I let one of my secrets slip, and he’s the only one who noticed.

Kieran and Roderick, they touched my heart with the pain they had and joy they were together. This story, their story, was beautifully narrated, perfectly emoted, and lovingly told. This couple did not start out destined to be together, but the pull was too much, even back in the day. Roderick thinks he has Kieran all figured out, but the layers to him only endears him further to him. Kieran can’t figure out Roderick, but he knows what he feels, and that is enough for him. Each character was so self-aware and yet totally clueless to those around them. Their HEA was one of the sweetest I’ve encountered in a while and they were all the more perfect for each other because of it. Have some tissues close, there will be moments where you’ll need them, happy and sad <3

A rollercoaster of emotions as you journey alongside these two handsome men as they work through their budding feelings and flowering relationship while simultaneously repairing old hurts with their family. Beautifully written and had me in tears in the best way,
