With book 6 we finally have an inside look on who Silver and Cole are after all. Through the whole series they were the most mysterious characters leaving us with many questions. We are introduced to them from their early years when they first became friends. Their friendship grew through all their life events including Cole’s father’s death and through Silver’s parents’ divorce. Friendship turn into an obsession and blossomed into this forbidden romance when Silver’s dad, Sebastian married Cole’s mom Helen. They were both happy to finally see both happy but it now made it impossible for their relationship to be public. In the middle of all that chaos, Silver also has herself a stalker “The Doll Master”. Getting to read inside the stalker’s mind was quite the mental trip. I’m well aware with Rina Kent’s writing that just when you think you know what is coming next, there’s yet another twist. This was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t put it down! I rate it 5 stars of course!
