Comparably Bad
There are other books that are simply more informative and have more thorough guidelines and strategies for putting together an actual SEO plan for your business.
This book shamelessly plugs its two predecessors for its entire duration and fails to go into any good detail.
I’d look elsewhere for an SEO book for 2019.
