About this listen
Sailing is an international sport that offers many rewards. Imagine white sails billowing against a clear sky, the brisk feel of the breeze on your face, and the gentle motions of the boat as it cleanly slices through the water. While sailing is a great way to enjoy the outdoors, it also requires you to be an active participant more than almost any other type of boating.
When you learn how to sail, you will not only become intimately familiar with all aspects of your boat, but also how your boat relates to its environment in terms of everything from the wind to the weather. Sailing can be terrific exercise that is both invigorating and relaxing.

For Someone Who Has Never Sailed
For the price is was a good listen, if you have sailed at all or taken any courses what so ever you do not need this book. If you are just starting to look into sailing it's a pretty good resource to tell what you should be looking for and how to make informed decisions on which boat to look at purchasing. The best line was near the end that said to get out sailing, I would recommend going to a local sailing club and volunteer to be race crew, you will figure out pretty quick if sailing is for you!
