Excellent guidance with practical applications
This book gives fabulous insight into mental programming and habitual patterns. Words are more powerful than realized.
The audio can be improved upon. With that said, the information is quality.

wonderful
loved this book, it was very thought provoking and made a lot of sense. I love that the author has a very clear explanation for the reason certain words works to our disadvantage and then gives us a list of words with examples on positive ways to communicate. I will certainly listen to this book again. It's totally worth the money spent!
