Very entertaining
I loved the humour, the storyline, which grappled with some big social issues, was handled well, I thought.

Loved the story
I like how the author twines stage stories of each character together, making all the characters a focal point in thier own way.
The narrator is very good, but I was disappointed to miss some dialogue because of her way of lowering her voice so much, as she uses it to be so very expressive. If I turn up the volume in order to hear all the lower voiced parts, the loudly spoken parts are too loud to be comfortable. Difficult for anyone with any hearing loss, though for others, I'm sure it makes the listening experience even better.

Scarlet Feather
Struggled with this book most of the way as there were too many characters which didn't seem to flow with the story. I liked the twins and how they fit with the story.
