Lovely recounting of folklore and personal stories infused with traditional wisdom

5/5 would recommend to those who are new as well as experienced witches. The narrator does a very fine job, I will look for more works by the author as well.

Powerful and informative

Love the way the book is laid out. It really helped me reconnect since I’ve felt lost on my path for some time. Helped me remember my beginnings.

Not at all accurate and authentic

I barely made it through chapter two before I got angry and stopped listening. This isn’t authentic Scottish magick. Sage(especially white sage) was not used and doesn’t naturally grow in Scotland. If anything were to be burned it would have been Juniper. There are no records of using an Athame in any folk practices. And if you truly knew anything about working with the fae you would NOT call them that. This is entirely inaccurate and to say it’s authentic is misleading and false advertising
