Great story
The narration was a bit monotone but It didn't put me off the book. The only thing I don't understand is the Strap-on importance as if it's the greatest thing when human touch feels so much better. I can't understand the connection argument that it makes them feel more with eachother because they can essentially have sex like a straight couple with a piece of plastic. I'm not saying it feels like having sex with a guy either. I understand some women love penetration but why not just use your hand or the dildo without the straps. They don't look comfortable to me. I also read a recent study that says only 16 percent of lesbian or bisexual women use toys for penetration often. Don't get me wrong I get experimenting with them and liking them If that's your thing and don't mind reading about it at all. Some of the best lesbian sex scenes I've read have them. I just can't stand it when writer's make it sound like it's the best thing about lesbian sex. I would have rated this higher if the last sex scene didn't ruin the end of the story for me. Otherwise the story was great and kept my full attention but I have to say if I knew about the strap-on importance at the end beforehand I would have used a credit on another story.

Less Bliss than usual for this reader
I usually find Harper Bliss' stories and sex scenes a solid 4-5 stars, but not so much this one. I guess I feel like the love aspect of the story was a bit neglected in favour of the lust and additionally I'm not turned on by people who constantly push someone's boundaries. If Joy's mischief was more emphasized and her pushiness less I might have connected with this story. Also, this story could have done with being a third again as long to show more moments of mutual support and more of the process of getting to know each other emotionally rather than predominantly carnally.... Anyways, hopefully this is enough info not to spoil too much while pointing the correct listeners to trying or not trying this story.

Interesting but no
The story kept me sucked in so lots of credit for that. But I didn’t enjoy how manipulative the younger woman was and the relationship was pretty toxic. It was interesting because as a result the reader experiences the same sort of dilemma in trying to decide if they are rooting for the relationship or not. All that said overall, I didn’t love it probably because I wasn’t rooting for them.
