Great book to read before having the baby

I feel like this book would be very helpful if I had read it while I was pregnant however; having had my baby for several months now I didn’t find it very helpful for what I was looking for, which is help with putting baby to sleep. I have already started some bad sleep habits and what I’m looking for is help the correct loss which is not in this book. The focus is from newborn those first few days and months after delivering baby so it’s helpful for expecting mums and dads.
