Very Entertaining.

I love the Youtube channel How to Beast by David.
he gives great insight about his life and experiences with real stories we all can relate to.

Would highly recommend

Big fan of how to beast YouTube channel, so I had high hopes for this book and I can happily say this book delivered. This is one of my favourite books I’ve ever read, it’s short and goes straight to the points it’s not longer than it needs to be, and it gives you a lot of information. It’s a shame he doesn’t write more books I’m a big fan of his books this is the first one that I’ve read, and I look forward to reading more of his books, I would recommend subscribing to his YouTube channel how to beast for amazing content.

Overall a good book

Very honest, right to the point, enjoyed the listen! It's a good book for those feeling stuck in their fitness journey. Not specific in terms of type of trying, but some good mental tips.
