Very useful insights
I have listened to lots of audiobooks during the last 3 years while dealing with my depression, and this one is one to keep. I've heard several things covered here before, however, it provided me perspectives that I haven't heard elsewhere.
Specifically, the relationship between insecurities and our attemps to control life, with depression and anxiety... which are just bad habits, and bad habits can be broken.
While most of the recommended practices/solutions are not too far from other books, these perspectives can really help getting your mind out of a downward spiral.
