It will get you the mindset you need to succeed.
The author goes through his mistakes and provides lessons and guidance to succeed in real estate. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to succeed in this lucrative industry. This book was worth it.

Informative and inspiring
Great book. I couldn't stop listening. Filled with a lot of useful information with a relatable story. I would recommend this book to anyone with a desire to become wealthy or work on personal development.

The storytelling in this book is phenomenal
The stories in this book had me hooked along with the advice that went along with it. It's sad knowing the author has passed. Rip.

A Candid Telling
The author is candid in telling his story and going over his failures as well as his successes. Definitely one of the most honest books I’ve come across, and lots of tidbits of wisdom.
My only gripe is the dudebro language, being a woman, I didn’t like it. That being said, I’ve dated models in the past, so maybe I’m just as shallow, lol.
Regardless, definitely recommend this to anyone who is ambitious and craves success. Excellent read!
