Emotional Health

Sometimes we feel overwhelmed by task we do everyday. It is part of life and we have the power to create healthy boundaries in every aspect of our life. By setting Boundaries we can strengthen our relationship either at work, or anywhere else. Self-awareness and self knowledge, we can establish boundaries by not checking email, in other words, we should not put too much pressure on our work. I like the sounds of the narration.
