I’ll admit the beginning was a bit slower but once I finished this book I binged the whole series. If you’re into romantic fantasy’s I highly recommend this series!

I loved the narration. Great story but I didn’t feel the detailed sexual parts were needed or added much to the story ~ maybe I feel this way because my 12 yr old is reading it also? Looking forward to book 2.

Shatter Me is an incredible listen! Kate Sims’s does a perfect job of representing Juliette’s interior thoughts and struggles, she shows the pain Juliette experienced through her voice. The story was very well written with a strong plot. Tahereh Mafi definitely did a remarkable job on Shatter Me. The improvements, I think the characters could have had some more personality, more weaknesses and fears, more feelings of uncertainty due to the dystopian world. But over all, charming and heartfelt.
