I have listened to many audiobooks about Everest, but this is the first one I have found about the impact on climbers of the earthquake, so it is unique in that regard. A truly frightening experience, including waiting to be airlifted out, while the severely injured were tended to first.
I also found there were lots more details about expeditions, the camps and routines than other books, so it filled in a lot of gaps for me. Recommended.
