About this listen
I can't see the shadows that lurk in the dark.
It was supposed to be my first summer on my own, but then I meet Seth, Axel, Jasper, and Cody.
There's something about them that drew me closer, and they seemed hell-bent on protecting me. I didn't think I needed protecting until people started showing up dead in the woods.
So much for a quiet summer....
Can I escape the shadows, or will the darkness consume me?
Shrouded in the Dark is a stand-alone shifter paranormal reverse-harem novel with 140,000+ words that includes M/M.

Love the story line and the smutt.
The story is great and the smutt is even better. I would say if ur not into certain kinks not to read but if you have an open mind it's great. :)

Cheesy 🧀
I liked the synopsis, and the sample seemed decent enough... only on chapter 4, and I'll muscle through.
I find the voice actors set the tone, sounding patronizing as they read some overly descriptive text. The attempt of the male actor to differentiate each male character was made with great intentions and, sadly, poor execution. I think he strayed too far from the natural flow of voice, and each voice character is performed like a "cold read." The wording of the narration versus character voicing versus the various internal monologues took away from the story, almost as if the contrasting style was made to communicate a parody.
I usually can appreciate some cheese, and so far, I'm finding it a little distracting.
