Very helpful for new parents
Very helpful for new parents who want an introduction to blw. It is perfect as a starter book. With that said it means that the information provided is helpful and to the point but I will read more books to get deeper into the foods, in which order to introduce them and scheduling meals etc. overall it worths your time spent to listen to this book.
