Variety of effective, relaxing medications
Great for getting to sleep. a variety of options of background sounds, and voices so as to pick what works for you. In between each track is an explanation of the next one, which is a lil random, although they keep that part quiet with the same tranquil voice in case you are listening to the tracks straight through. I cannot, however, find a written explanation anywhere of the purposes, backgrounds, and narrators of each clip, which I find annoying that I need to preview each track to try to figure that out, ans then try to remember which is which.

Didn't help to quiet the mental chatter
Well this audiobook was not effective for me. I found my mind racing around and couldn't rest.

Kept waking me up, mostly music not guided meditat
Some of the sounds for the music kept waking me up. the guided meditation was not helpful and was very short compared to the length of the recording.
