Music is great, why do they ruin it with a voice
There are about 20 "chapters" in this book, each one a relaxing melody, no singing, just music. I listened to 5 of the songs. I found each one excellent, really helping me to relax. The problem is when the song changes. The music stops and a voice comes on and says the chapter number, for example, music stops and you hear "Five". Jolted me right out of my slumber. Whoever thought this was a good idea needs to give their head a shake. I bought the music to help me fall and STAY asleep. The sudden voice out of nowhere is jarring.
