Short but focused overview

I enjoyed this six part look at sleep. It was very effective to be hosted by an insomniac and an expert in sleep and sleep disorders. Well done.

All the background music makes it really hard to hear. Wasn't really impressed with the narrator in this context...I'm sure he's a great comedian but I felt he was trying to steal the attention from the drs.

more then I expected...

It wasn't quite what I expected it would be when I downloaded it... that being said I think it was better! Very informative, providing some insight to me and my difficulty falling asleep. Will be looking into some of the ideas and items mentioned in the podcast.

Don't listen to this before bed though... LoL

You want to be awake and mindful when listening to this series. Some chapters I listened to multiple times to really take in what was said...

i dig it

i thought it was a good and insightful listen and has helped me understand sleep a bit better!

i especially enjoyed the bit about lucid dreaming and have an interest in learning more about that.

It's alright

Thought there would be more tips for sleep. Lots of personal information and focuses on himself.

Great Listen but David needs to stop interrupting!

There's so much interesting info in this and I found it very helpful but I really wish that David didn't interrupt the experts so much. It's almost like he couldn't get enough of hearing himself speak.

Aside from the irritating host, great listen. I highly recommend.
