This inspired me to take a cold shower

I have been taking cold showers for 2 months now, and I wanted to learn more about the benefits. This book just reinforced why I was doing them in the first place. I usually only take cold showers in the morning, but because I listened to this book I night I felt motivated to take one before bed. The thing I love about cold showers is that it forces you to be present to the moment and feel alive. There is nothing else in my routine that has this natural high as a cold shower. If you are thinking about taking them, I recommend checking out this book for inspiration.
