Excellent Emotional Healing Guide

The book looks at 10 common negative emotions. Finding them in your body, looking at their purpose and honouring and acknowledging them you are reframing. There is freedom in reframing along with positive affirmations.

It was helpful when the author used the same steps for each emotion to overcome it.

The 10 emotions,reframed, are summarized at the end of the book which was useful.

I highly recommend it for anyone on their emotional healing journey.
