After serving two years in a federal prison, Karen Hashimoto is out on parole and eager to put her criminal past behind her. No easy task, since she's also the former supervillain known as Crushette. Look. Up in the sky! It’s a series!

This could have been a graphic novel, especially with the skimpy costumes and steamy sex. But it reads more like after-action descriptions of role-play, crossed with romance novel and family drama.

I did like the extrapolation of the consequences of having super powers.

started off weirdly sexual

the female protagonist clothes kept slipping off or getting damaged for her to be ogled by random people.
