A whole heart is a lot like being an athlete. If it is trained properly, most of us can perform well doing what's natural in each moment. Of course, that's easier said than done because the pressures of life bring unfortunate events that constantly undermine our trust and and cause us to second-guess ourselves. In a world of ego and intellect our hearts are often pushed to the background and we're prone to simply being headstrong with no emotional intelligence. The fear of our hearts being broken or getting in the way of our decisions is not holistic and can leave us without any real connection in our relationships. The heart shapes our world view and Solid is designed to recalibrate the way we accept it and others. Solid helps you recognize where you came from, the turmoil of life that has defined you and how you can ultimately recover from loss and reshape the future by changing how you respond to life's challenges. I challenge you to take the journey to gaining a whole heart thus becoming Solid in your decisions, marriage and any endeavors you aim to partake in.
