Good, Practical advice
I only put 4 stars because it's not exactly exciting :P I liked listening to the audiobook as opposed to reading the physical copy because I didn't feel like I was procrastinating by reading it. I do have the physical book, and felt very antsy reading it, so it was nice to be able to get some stuff done while listening.

Practical and useful info
This audiobook is concise without skimping on essential details. Broken down into short sections with great illustrations - a variety of examples makes it relatable to a wide audience. I love that he ends by pointing out that while it might be tempting to read and learn more about procrastination, it is important to recognize that this can lead to more procrastination!
Normalizes the behaviours and tendencies that lead to procrastination in a non-shaming, human way…and also provides strategies to make necessary changes in a realistic way.
I’d recommend this book - I might get it for all my kids!

I can do this...
Although I feel I will need to write out reminders and pin them all over my studio, the helpful suggestions that you will find in this book are encouraging.
