About this listen

On October 13th, Wes Andrews and his friends set out to explore the local, rundown haunted house. Despite it being geared toward children, they figured that, with nothing better to do, it might be fun to heckle the low-budget attraction. But after that night, no one ever saw or heard from them again. The haunted house itself vanished without a trace, taking Wes, his friends, and a significant portion of their town with it.

All that remained at the scene of their disappearance were scattered Polaroid photos, a shattered camera, and unsettling traces—teeth, strands of hair, and fragments of bone.

The events that followed unfolded over seven chilling hours...

Short but Sweet Haunted House Horror

I love the trope of a group of friends going to a haunted house attraction for it to turn out to be so much more than what it seems. There are two components to the story; a dramatic telling of things as they happen; as well as the evidence being found after the events of the story, but being described to us before. The hints of what is to come gave me absolute chills.

I really enjoyed listening to the book, and at its short length was easy to fit in to a couple of days during my commute.

This is a great listen to fit into your horror list.
