Learned a lot
There was a lot of information so this is not a quick read. This is a book I know I will reread.

Not great. Not bad.
Good content but wayyy too repetitive and recycling of content. And the worst reading I have ever heard - he pronounces every singe syllable. It is impossible to listen to.
