Revelations and Drawing

In this audiobook, I felt calm and peaceful because of the soft music it has. By following the author's advice, I can imagine a deep awakening and a feeling a joy. We can be free like a bird, and the music is perfect, as I love the sound of the tone of the music. I can say, I can use this audiobook to do yoga and or set aside any negative thoughts so I can feel at peace. It is an excellent book.
