Struggled to listen to it

I thought this would be something good but honestly I hate the words "people pleaser". Yet, it's mentioned in every few sentences and it just makes me cringe every single time because it feels almost demeaning when you're trying to overcome something. They say those words far too often that I only listened to 10 or 15 minutes. This isn't for me personally.
