Lots of good advice helped me. A bit slow at the end

Great book. Lots of good advice. Lots of common sense but still worth reading. Learned a few helpful ideas and came out inspired. The ends a lot about real estate but if you don’t know the info all ready it’s useful. Thanks !

Extreme basics

If you already know anything about personal finance then this is pretty much useless. If you are a TRUE beginner then you may find some useful info.
