The Author Knows His Stuff
I am half way through listening to the Audible version of this book, and I will keep listening. This author knows what he is talking about. my title says it all - he knows what he is talking about and communicates it well. Each new business situation is unique, but the basics are there and well communicated.

Sorry, but I couldn't come to terms with the authors voice. The content is very dry and bit repetitive. I admit, I only got to chapter 3, before I gave up. I also found it too theoretical for what I wanted.
