More Geared Towards Women, Specifically Mothers
Large sections of this are directed at women, specifically, mothers, while there's nothing wrong with this, I just wish it was made clear up-front. This book is not a fitness book, it is a self-help book, again not anything wrong with this, it just appears to be mislabelled. It also contains a large amount of self-promotion and self-aggrandizement by the author, which isn't really my particular cup of tea. Lastly, the emphasis on taking hours to do written exercises is off-putting. The one thing I took away from this book that might be helpful is using negativity and fear of unwanted outcomes to motivate myself, but I doubt it is a long-term motivator.
Overall, I'm disappointed with my purchase of this book.
