I love the book

From hearing this audiobook, I sometimes overthink things that do not matter most. I like what I am hearing about practical exercises & activities that I and my wife can do to resolve issues when problems arise. An example I can share is that, when I am driving or riding the bus, I miss a turn or street because I let my mine over think things that I forget to pay attention to where I am going. We must not overthink things which can lead us to stress in our relationship. I like the narrator and story of the audiobook.
