Life changing with amazing stories

A wonderful and easy listen/read, filled with inspiring and life changing stories that help you understand the benefits of Transcendental Meditation, how you can learn it, and how it can transform your life in the most effortless and profound way.

Excellent explanation of the TM program

I listened to Bob Roth's reading via an Audible download. Beautiful narration of the TM program - steps to learning, fundamental principles, research and experiences of a wide-cross section of practitioners. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore what TM has to offer. I particularly liked Bob Roth's detailing of his personal journey to the discovery of TM program. I was instructed in TM in 1975 and have benefited immeasurably from my twice daily meditations. It's been a lifesaver for me.

cult brainwash scheme

good luck with finding reasonable price for TM certified teacher. it is shameful that something like this is monopolised. I felt like I am being brainwashed to join some cult while reading this book. I wish I could return it.

Doesn’t teach meditation

Not a book to teach you how to meditate, just informs you what TM is, it’s history and personal accounts.

Whats the message?

I mean the book is good, but when i look back, its just telling you to pay for TM training. you get generalized examples of celebrities who use TM, but nothing for you as a reader to user after reading. I looked into TM, nut the ~$1200 CAD seemed hard to justify.

total disappointment

Nothing to learn about TM in this book. The author goes on and on about how important TM is....but zero word about how to meditate!!!
