Superb Book! Zero words wasted! Concise & Complete

A little short maybe compared TO MY absolute fav so far on the topic (Emotional Intelligence Mastery Collection) YET the Lady who reads this is SUPERB (I prefer female voices). The material is STELLAR! To someone my age, much of it is already known, seems like common sense. Yet to those who are young, this may all be NEW and the value then through the roof. I get to look at much/most of the material like an ULTRA VALUABLE reminder. Which as the forgetfulness kicks in a bit due to age becomes just as essential! All in all highly recommended absolutely great book on the topic, you WILL SURELY go through this book 2-3 if you enjoyed it as much as I have. SO far I have about 1.5 reads in (I was relaxing and fell asleep a couple times while studying it). I hope this review can help someone make the right decision in regards to this FINE work! So far THIS is the highest rated review I have made of the 30 or so books I own on Audible!

Practical and logical.

I enjoyed this book. quick and easy to get through. Sensible step I can manage.
This book came to my attention on a day I truly needed it. I am slowing down, giving my brain and eyes the daily rest they need. Deep breath and push through. Don't stop and don't give up. Not always moving forward but more than not.
Thanks to the author, Sarah Wright, it's important work you do.

Loved every minute of this!!

If you're someone who struggless with stress/anxiety on a daily basis or even just trying to get through a stressful time in your life this is the book for you. Highly recommended

Great, straight to the point!

I really enjoyed this book, it’s short and straight to the point. The chapters are organized in bit size chunks which makes it easier to practice given exercises. Over great audiobook.

Just information, no filler.

It’s a relatively short book that gets to the point. Some of it could be considered common sense but often times we need reminding. A lot of good ideas/advice.

Very straightforward, very insightful

I listened to it a few times and I feel less stressed already. The author gives a lot of really great pointers to help with stress and anxiety. Highly Recommended. The narrator really helps too, it's very easy to listen and follow.
