The narration is extremely tedious. I couldn't listen to it for very long; it felt like a chore. On top of that there are lots of references to chapter titles, which is not helpful when the chapters in the audio version are just numbers. Without the actual book you have no way of jumping ahead to a relevant chapter, or referring back to something you already heard. Am I missing something in this regard?
Wish I could leave a better review, so I would recommend buying the actual book for a better learning experience.

I found this book extremely helpful during my pregnancy, to help shift and manage my nerves and fears surrounding becoming a mother. The author arms you with useful tools to combat anxiety, depression and the general overwhelming nature of pregnancy, parenthood (and partnership). It’s broken down into manageable chapters. Definitely worth it!
