I thought my first year would be all studying, but there's a lot more practical activity in this academy. For me, anyway.
Hunting ghosts in a noble's palace, flying across castle walls under the tutelage of a half-mermaid. There's never a quiet day, or night. When's a student supposed to sleep?
And will I get any closer to discovering the source of my new powers? How about that forbidden name I keep coming across? That dreadful name. Xuthul.
The only way to find out is to fight head-on.
I'll have to miss a few more classes.
At least I've got a gorgeous half-elf by my side and a demon waiting in my dormitory to hear all about it when I return. If I return.
