Accurate If Not Engaging
The book accurately represents Dispenza's theories and ideas but sometimes feels unnecessarily cynical. Dispenza's writings are well supported and I didn't feel the need for the skepticism on some matters. Nevertheless, if you're looking for a summary of key points this book is adequate to the task.
