Abstract, not Summary

Bought this "summary" because I really did not like the voice/presentation used for the narration of whole book. Was very disappointed, because this version did not tell me how to go about changing my eating, lifestyle and exercise habits to avoid inflammation and autoimmune disease. It just told me that Amy Myers offers auto immune solution tells us how to do this. I could have read a synopsis on good reads and saved myself the trouble of buying and listening to this. There's no content. Save your money.
